August Welcome Gift – Terms and Conditions
This promotional offer is provided by Iron Horse Legacy.
The promotion is open to new Iron Horse Legacy clients who are aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
To qualify, you must make contact with Iron Horse Legacy and arrange an initial meeting or consultation no later than 11:59pm on 31 August 2026.
Making contact or arranging a meeting does not, by itself, entitle you to receive the welcome gift. You must subsequently instruct Iron Horse Legacy and become a paying client following that initial enquiry or meeting.
Qualifying clients will receive one Iron Horse Legacy welcome gift bundle, consisting of:
One branded leather tool bag
One branded metal mug
One branded carabiner clipThe promotion applies to one welcome gift bundle per new client instruction or household, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Iron Horse Legacy.
The gift bundle is provided at no additional charge and is not included within, or deducted from, the price of any estate-planning service.
The gift bundle has no cash value and no cash or alternative product may be requested.
Gifts are subject to availability. Iron Horse Legacy will make reasonable efforts to provide the items shown, but where an item becomes unavailable, it may be replaced with an item of similar type and value.
The appearance, colour, finish or packaging of the items supplied may vary slightly from the products shown in promotional photographs.
The gift will be issued after the client has formally instructed Iron Horse Legacy and any applicable engagement documentation and initial payment requirements have been completed.
Delivery or collection arrangements will be confirmed directly with each qualifying client. Iron Horse Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with another Iron Horse Legacy gift, introductory incentive or promotional offer unless expressly agreed in writing.
Iron Horse Legacy reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the gift where it reasonably believes that an enquiry, appointment or instruction has been made fraudulently, dishonestly or primarily for the purpose of obtaining the promotional items.
The closing date will not be extended or changed except where circumstances outside Iron Horse Legacy’s reasonable control make this unavoidable.
Iron Horse Legacy reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will not unfairly disadvantage clients who have already qualified.
Nothing in these terms affects a client’s statutory rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
